  • Racingline R-06 8.5J x 18inch Alloy Wheel Set - Gun Metal, Silver or Black

Racingline Racingline R-06 8.5J x 18inch Alloy Wheel Set - Gun Metal, Silver or Black

Racingline R-06 8.5J x 18inch Alloy Wheel Set - Gloss Gunmetal Grey THIS LISTING IS FOR A SET OF FOUR ALLOY WHEELSThe RacingLine VWR R-06 18" Flow-Formed Alloy Wheel is the perfect balance of timeless design, lightweight engineering, and uncompromising strength. Designed in an 8.5 x 18” size with an ET44 offset, the R-06 delivers both performance and style, whether for the challenges of daily driving or the demands of the track. Precision Flow-Formed ConstructionCrafted using advanced flow-forming technology, the barrel of the wheel is spun under intense heat and pressure to refine the aluminium’s grain structure. This process produces a wheel that is significantly stronger and lighter than traditional cast wheels, enhancing handling, acceleration, and efficiency without compromising durability. Performance-Ready DesignAt just 9.9kg (21.3lbs) per wheel, the R-06 achieves the ideal balance between weight savings and the robust strength required for long-lasting road and track use. Perfect Fitment for VWG PlatformsWith a fitment of 8.5 x 18” ET44 and 5x112 PCD, the VWR R-06 is tailored for VWG MQB, MQB EVO, and A5 platform vehicles. The 18” diameter is popular for many drivers, chosen to optimise both road and track performance by allowing a squarer tyre profile and improved clearance without the risk of rubbing.  Developed to exceed OEM standards, each wheel is rigorously tested for impact resistance, structural fatigue, load rating, and geometric accuracy. Maximum load capacity is an impressive 560kg, certified to ISO 7141 standards. • Racingline Performance Intercooler System - Audi RS3 8V / RS3 8Y / TT RS 8S | Car Enhancements UK

    Racingline Racingline Performance Intercooler System - Audi RS3 8V / RS3 8Y / TT RS 8S

Delivering repeated cool intake air temperatures for your Audi RS3 8V.2 / 8Y or TTRS 8S EA855. Again and again and again. What it does. The factory intercooler on the Audi RS3 & TTRS has proved to be unable to cope with the demands of higher power, hard driven cars, showing up as serious power losses during hard driving as air temperatures soar. Our massive 'plate & bar' Intercooler System uses a stepped core to give a 70% volume increase over the factory cooler - making it one of the best performing intercooler upgrade on offer for the 2.5 TFSI. By consistently reducing intake air temperatures (IAT), heat soak is minimised delivering increased performance again and again. No need for the recovery cool-down times needed for the production intercooler. Our development focussed on finding the ‘sweet spot’ of maximum IAT cooling versus minimum pressure loss. This has allowed us to achieve increased size without increased lag.  Fitment is specific for the Audi RS3 8V.2 and 8Y - meaning no cutting or drilling is required to fit, and it's carefully designed to retain and fit around the car's original front crash bar. For TTRS, some trimming to the plastic front panel is required. MAXIMUM CORE SIZE The massive 'plate & bar' intercooler unit features a high-speed stepped core using extra tall internal tubes for maximum boost flow and a 76.8% increase in frontal area. SOPHISTICATED CORE Highly effective aluminium plate & bar construction, developed following rigorous testing to optimise core dimensions, fin density, and pipe flow providing a 70% volume increase. FLOWED END TANKS Cast construction end tanks for minimal turbulence and restriction use internal flow guides to divert airflow up and down across the entire core depth, with 70mm inlet & outlet. Confirmed Applications.2.5 TFSI EA855 engines (400ps)  Engine codes: DAZA, DAZC, DNWA, DXHA VWR143000 AUDI RS3 8Y 2021+ AUDI RS3 8V.2 2017-2020 AUDI TTRS 8S 2017+  * some trimming to front panel required Precision Engineered forPerfect Performance. OEM-fitment, requiring no drilling or cutting for perfect fitment on RS3. Giant core volume of 14,141,500mm³ vs 8,345,600mm³ for the factory cooler core. Don't confuse our 'Plate & Bar' construction with the cheaper and less-effective 'Tube & Fin' construction that most aftermarket intercoolers use. Intercooler outlets are 70mm - meaning stock boost pipes or our upgraded boost pipes can be used. Intercooler Performance. It's all about air intake temperatures. The OEM factory intercooler on the Audi RS3 & TTRS struggles with containing the all-important air intake temperatures once power is upgraded. So, intake air temperatures begin to rise rapidly, heat soak occurs, resulting in significant power losses the harder the car is used. The only way to recover the performance of the standard intercooler is to park the car for an hour. The RacingLine Intercooler makes a great difference in controlling IAT temperatures, meaning that your power increases keep on delivering, run after run.

  • Racingline Performance Intercooler System -MQB Evo - EA888 Gen4 | Car Enhancements UK

Racingline Racingline Performance Intercooler System -MQB Evo - EA888 Gen4

Purpose-designed for the 2.0 TSI MQB 'Evo' engine, this is the largest-volume intercooler available for this platform. What it does. The factory intercooler on the 2.0 TSI MQB 'Evo' has proved to be unable to cope with the demands of higher power, hard driven cars, showing up as serious power losses during hard driving as air temperatures soar. Our massive 'plate & bar' Intercooler System uses a huge 70mm core to give a 96% volume increase over the factory cooler - making it the largest volume and best performing intercooler upgrade on offer for the 2.0 TSI gen.4. Increased 70mm inlet and outlet sizes allow for higher flow versus the 60mm factory outlets, with matching Boost Hoses provided with the intercooler kit. Unlike most aftermarket intercoolers listed for the MQB 'Evo' platform, ours has been designed exclusively for the 2.0 TSI Gen.4 from the ground-up. MAXIMUM CORE SIZE The massive 'plate & bar' intercooler unit features a 70mm high-speed core using extra tall internal tubes for maximum boost flow and a massive 96% increase in volume. BOOST HOSES INCLUDED Internally-wired OEM fitment 70mm boost hoses are included, multi-ply to resist heat deformation and burst pressure. Supplied with stainless steel Mikalor-brand clamps. FLOWED END TANKS Cast construction end tanks for minimal turbulence and restriction use internal flow guides to divert airflow up and down across the entire core depth, with enlarged 70mm inlet & outlet. Intercooler fitment. To accommodate the giant size of the RacingLine Intercooler, some light trimming of the black plastic radiator carrier is required.   This trimming is minimal on popular models such as the Golf mk8, but more may be required on some other MQB 'Evo' models.   For reference, fitment is designed for radiator carrier –  VW Part No. / 5H0 805 588 J
